The XC6220B331PR-G is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator manufactured by Torex Semiconductor. It has a 1A maximum output current and is designed for high speed, green operation with low power dissipation. It features adjustable output voltage between 0.8V and 5.0V and has a fast transient response time of 100µs. Additionally, this part has built-in protection features, such as overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and reverse-polarity protection. It is available in SOT-25 (3 pins) and TSOT-23-6 (6 pins) surface mount packages.
