The XC6221B1527R-G is a Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) manufactured by Torex Semiconductor. The LDO uses a USPN-4 Edge shape package, which is RoHS compliant. It has a wide input voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V, and a fixed output voltage of 1.5 V. It is capable of providing a maximum output current of 120mA, and has a low dropout voltage of 150mV. It is designed for use in portable devices, and it has an operating temperature range between -40°C and 125°C. It also has a built-in thermal shutdown circuit, and is equipped with UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) function to protect the device from inrush current. In addition, it also features low EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) absorption, as well as a noise suppression filter.
