Additional Infomation About Product

The 6N137(F) is an optically coupled logic gate manufactured by Toshiba. It is a high-speed integrated circuit used to transfer digital logic signals between two isolated electrical circuits. The device features a GaAs infrared LED on the input side and an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector on the output side. The 6N137 can be used to power and convert TTL logic signals into two voltage levels between 0-12V, making it suitable for controlling motor speeds, level shifting signals, interfacing CMOS to TTL and more. The device provides 5000Vrms of isolation and fast rising/falling times of 4-6ns, making it a great choice for applications that require noise immunity and high speed response. The device also has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and good power-on reset performance. It has a Schmitt trigger input circuit to eliminate input pulse jitter, assuring a stable output pulse width.
