The 74VHCT574AFT(BJ) is a Octal D-Type Flip Flop with Clear from Toshiba. It has an 8 bit register and 3 state outputs. Each flip flop contains both a preset and a clear input for asynchronous operation. The data on the register appears at the Q outputs when the Chip Select (OE) input is at High Logic Level. When OE goes Low, the outputs are in the high impedance state (Z state). This IC has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C. It has an active low clock input (CP) which is used to latch or store data. It is an 8-Pin SOIC package.
