The 74VHCV373FT(BJ) part from Toshiba is an 8-bit D-type transparent latch with 3-state outputs. It has an operating voltage range from 2.3V to 3.6V, and a propagation delay of 5.5 ns (Max). This latch can be used as an address latch in memory systems, or as a general purpose latch to store address or data. Its tristate outputs are ideal for either isolation between busses, or for bi-directional data flow control. The pinout configuration is D0-D7, OE, and Latch Enable. All inputs are CMOS compatible and function on referenced CMOS logic levels.
