The TB6560AHQ,8 is a Motor/Motion/Ignition Controller and Driver Stepping Motor Driver IC produced by Toshiba. It is designed to control a two-phase hybrid stepping motor. The motor supply voltage range is from 10 V to 46 V. It is equipped with various protection functions including constant-torque control, over-temperature protection, over-current protection, over-voltage protection, and under-voltage lockout. It is suitable for use in applications such as home appliance controllers, printer controller, sheet feeder and various industrial equipment. It incorporates Toshiba original MOS transistors with low on-resistance. The auto-motor-eliminating function eliminates error in signal transmission as a result of the motor torque being reflected on the signal line.
