The TB67S109AFTG with Motor Drivers QFN-48_7x7x05P RoHS is an IC (integrated circuit) manufactured by Toshiba. It is an advanced 3-phase brushless DC direct-drive motor driver IC that can drive three-phase brushless DC motors with current up to 1A per phase. The TB67S109AFTG supports a wide range of power supply voltages, from 3V to 50V, and can run in slow, fast or mixed PWM control mode. It is a 7x7x05P RoHS type quad flat non-leaded (QFN) package with 48 pins, that provides a high voltage and high current driving capacity along with low power consumption and smaller package size. The TB67S109AFTG is able to detect the motor current, open circuit rotor and locked rotor in such a way that it keeps the motor running in a stable condition. It also involves some protection features such as Overcurrent protection and Overload protection.
