Outline The TC78B027FTG is a 1-Hall sine-wave PWM controller for 3- phase brushless DC motors. N-ch MOSFET can be used as external FETs. A non-volatile memory (NVM) and a closed loop speed control function are incorporated. Cost can be suppressed without using microcontrollers. QFN24 2. Applications Fan motors (e.g. Server) 3. Features 1-Hall sine-wave PWM drive Pre-driver for external N-ch MOSFET. Closed loop speed control, configurable speed curve Adjustable driving current for the gate of external MOSFET.
