TLP127(U.F) is a photocoupler from Toshiba's Photocouplers/Optoisolators product family. It is composed of a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor. The device provides isolation between input and output of up to 5000Vrms, with high level accuracy and reliability. The photocoupler is suitable for use in isolated AC/DC, DC/DC and DC/AC power supplies, making it suitable for most industrial, telecom, automotive and home electronics applications.
