Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP131(GB-TPL,F) is a transistor output optocoupler manufactured by Toshiba. It is a 6 pin dual-in-line package with optically isolated input and output circuits, designed for AC and DC load electrical isolation and signal isolation. It uses two light emitting diodes (LEDs) with a conductive phototransistor as the output. The optocoupler features very high isolation voltage (5000 Vrms) to protect the input from high voltage transients, and very low isolation resistance (0.01 O at 100V and 25ºC). It is suitable for high frequency switching circuits and logic circuits. Its insulation characteristics are very high, and its electrical isolation characteristics meet the requirements of UL61800-5-1 and EN61010-1 specifications.
