The Toshiba TLP152(E(T is an optocoupler with a logic output. It is used to keep two separate circuits isolated while allowing them to communicate by means of a light signal. It has a Gallium Arsenide infrared LED emitter and a phototransistor detector. It has a 240mW isolated power supply, isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms, and a CTR of up to 800%. It has a maximum propagation delay of 500ns, an operating temperature of -55 to 125°C, and a storage temperature of -55 to 150°C. It has a total package size of 4.4 x 6 mm, and a lead spacing of 2.54 and 4.85mm. It is suitable for use in data transmission, computer interfaces, household appliances, laboratory equipment, and industrial control systems.
