The TLP2770(TP,E) is a high-speed optocoupler photo-IC manufactured by Toshiba. It is designed to be used for data transmission between two circuits that require electrical isolation. The TLP2770 is capable of a transmission rate of up to 20 Mbps and features a CTR (Current Transfer Ratio) of at least 900%. In addition, its response time is as low as 4 ns, making it suitable for high-speed data transmission applications. The device has a single-channel, AC input type, with a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 16 VDC. It features a compact, four-pin, surface mount case that is designed for easy installation.
