The TLP385(GRH-TPL,E(T) is a four-channel digital optocoupler device manufactured by Toshiba. It features a gallium-arsenide infrared (GaAs IR) LED optically coupled with a phototransistor, providing 4.5 kV isolation voltage and a maximum CTR value of 250 mA/W. The device is RoHS compliant and designed to enable data transfer signal isolation and noise reduction, while also providing logic-level shifting and signal conditioning in various microprocessor control applications, such as motor drive applications and industrial equipment. It is available in a low-profile, 4-pin SO-4 surface mount package.
