The TLP781(GB,F) is a transistor output optocoupler with Avago-Toshiba’s patented design. It features a high repetition rate (=100MHz) which enables high speed applications. The TLP781(GB,F) is designed with a low collector-emitter saturation voltage (0.5V) and collector-emitter breakdown voltage (BVCE) of 5,000Vrms, which allows for reliable operation in high voltage environments. The TLP781(GB,F) also features an improved CTR (Current Transfer Ratio) range of 100-600%, making it highly suitable in precision analog control circuits. Furthermore, the high isolation voltage of the TLP781(GB,F) contributes to its suitability for a wide range of industrial applications. The optocoupler also offers low power consumption, low coupling capacitance, wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 105°C), and high EMC / EMI immunity.
