Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP797J(F) is an optically-coupled isolator made by Toshiba. It has an MOSFET output and is designed to isolate a signal from a voltage source such as an AC line. It is optically-isolated meaning that the input and output are not connected electrically. This allows for the input circuitry to be electrically isolated from the output circuitry and provides superior noise immunity and noise rejection. The TLP797J(F) has a high transfer efficiency of up to 8,000Vrms and can handle a maximum current of 50mA. The typical switching frequency of the TLP797J(F) is 1kHz and its total capacitance is 2.5pF.
