.)TLPN137(TP1,F) is a RoHS-compliant SMD-8 optocoupler manufactured by Toshiba. It uses a light-emitting diode to transmission an electrical signal across an electrical isolation barrier which can protect sensitive circuits from damage. This part is used to prevent ground loops and reduce electromagnetic interference, making it ideal for use in medical, industrial, and automotive applications. It is designed to operate at a wide range of supply voltages between 2.5V and 18V, and has a high isolation test voltage of 4.2KV RMS.
