RJ45 Portsaver RJ45 Portsaver (STT +STS + FTT) Our high quality gold plated RJ45 Portsaver allows the user to protect the RJ45 ports on expensive devices from frequent connection and disconnection of RJ45 cables. Expensive repairs are avoided by effectively extending the RJ45 port by 10cm, reducing strain from cables and protecting the port from multiple insertions. The life of equipment connectors is prolonged as the Portsaver acts as a sacrificial jack. Features Suitable for at least 1000 insertions. Tested to Category 6 or Category 5e transmission standard. Available in unshielded (UTP) and shielded (FTP) versions. Particularly suitable for simple LAN testers, PDAs and notebook PCs.
