Additional Infomation About Product

UNI-SEMI's U3012 is a DC-DC converter SOP-8 RoHS package for power management applications. The U3012 is an ultra-low noise, high-efficiency digital-current mode DC-DC step-down switching regulator. It provides short circuit protection, skip mode, and external compensation. With its soft-start feature, it can easily regulate large output currents over a wide input voltage range. Inadequate input voltage or overload protection is provided by different current limits. It has an adjustable output voltage range from 0.72 V to 6V and supports up to 3A output current. The U3012 is suitable for a variety of mobile devices, such as digital cameras and PDAs.
