The TPA80R300C is a high-performance, low-leakage, non-isolated MOSFET Power Module assembled in a TO-220 package. It is manufactured by UNIGROUP using only ROHS-compliant components in the production process. The module is ideal for use in power management applications, switching applications, and DC/DC converters. It features an 8A continuous current over a voltage range from 8V to 24V. The TPA80R300C is designed with very low thermal resistance and high voltage tolerance levels, so it can handle large short circuit currents without major losses in power efficiency.
