It is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant and is an integrated circuit designed to provide over-current protection for applications. This part has a reset threshold voltage of 3.1V and provides fast and accurate monitoring of system-level voltages while drawing very low quiescent current. It is ideal for monitoring Lithium Ion battery cells and circuit protection in automotive, consumer, computer, and industrial applications.
