TechnologiesThe LD1117AG-5V is a low dropout regulator (LDO) positive fixed 1.3 V @ 1 A 15V 5V 1A in SOT-223 package. It is manufactured by Unisonic Technologies and is compliant with the RoHS regulations. This LDO is designed for applications where long battery life and high PSRR performance is required. It provides an input voltage range of 2.2 V to 6.0 V and an output voltage accuracy of ±1 % at room temperature. Its low current consumption ensures a high efficiency with much less power dissipation. Additionally, it can withstand a high transient load up to 500 mA with relatively low dropout voltage. Furthermore, the chip offers an adjustable high current output with a max current of 1A and an output impedance of 0.008O. Overall, the LD1117AG-5 V is a great choice for low power applications.
