Additional Infomation About Product

The CHR3664-QEG is a part of United Monolithic Semiconductors' (UMS) line of High-speed Clock Recovery ICs. It is a low power, high performance, dual-channel clock and data recovery (CDR) solution. It is suitable for cost-sensitive applications in a variety of communications networking systems. The CHR3664-QEG is offered in a RoHS 5x5 mm 40-pin QFN package and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is designed to convert serial data streams into two identical clock output streams. It also offers a clock frequency of up to 5.64 Gbps, a low jitter of 45ps (RMS) within the range of 10 KHz to 1 MHz, low power consumption of 630 mW, and a wide input common mode voltage range of 1.5 V to 5 V.
