The WH-BLE103a with Wireless Modules Module RoHS manufactured by USR is an integrated Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module that is designed for Bluetooth 4.2 compliant applications. The module operates in the 2.4 GHz ISM frequency band and has a very small footprint of 18.75mm × 16.75mm. It integrates the Cortex M0 MCU, bluetooth radio transceiver, on-board antenna and other components required for Bluetooth 4.2 operation. It allows device makers to take advantage of the features of BLE, such as low-energy consumption, faster connection setup compared to traditional Bluetooth devices. Furthermore, the module also features a series of impressive features such as ultra-low power consumption, fast wakeup time, high level of security and advanced data rate support.
