Additional Infomation About Product

The VL812 USB ICs QFN-76_9x9x04P RoHS is a USB 3.1 Gen1 Hub Controller manufactured by VIA. It is a 76-pin quad flat-no-leads (QFN) package consisting of a 9x9x0.4mm body. It allows for up to four independent downstream ports that support Low- and Full-speed data and power upstream connection. It works with the VIA VL800 USB 3.0 four-port controller and supports UASP (USB Attached SCSI Protocol) as well as traditional BOT (Bulk Only Transport). The VIA VL812 also supports hardware based flow control and an integrated 8K byte FIFO buffer to improve system performance. It is compliant with USB 3.1 Gen1 (5Gbps), USB 2.0 (480Mbps) and USB 1.1 (12 Mbps) specifications. This IC offers advanced power management features including configurable current limit, over-current protection and inrush current control. It includes other features such as automatic PORT reset, hot-swap support, and diagnostic capability. The VIA VL812 is a RoHS compliant part.
