AR12BTC4701N is an N-channel Enhancement Mode Field-Effect Transistor from Viking. It has a voltage rating of 500V and a current rating of 20A. It is designed for use in high power audio applications, such as; amplifiers, motor controllers and power converters. The features include low on-resistance, low operating voltage, low gate drive, and fast switching speed. It also has a soft-start gate drive to ensure reliable operation with minimal gate ringing.
