Additional Infomation About Product

ARG06DTC6800 is a Viking Series Trapped Key Interlock designed for use in hazardous locations. It is designed to provide personnel safety in applications where it is necessary to secure multiple points of access to risk areas. The device consists of a key trapped inside a lockable housing and an integrated safety switch, which intercepts and cuts off the power to potentially dangerous equipment when the key is removed and/or the door is opened. The interlock has a corrosion-resistant zinc and chromate finish as well as a corrosion-proof polycarbonate enclosure. It is designed to be mounted to an existing door or wall and an appropriate wiring configuration (recommended by the manufacturer) for the safe and secure operation of the device.
