Technical SolutionsThe ARG06FTC6802 with 1206 Chip Resistor - Surface Mount ROHS manufactured by Viking Technical Solutions is a automotive-grade resistor designed for automotive and other high-temperature applications. It is a 0805 size (1.25 millimeters x 0.8 millimeters) chip resistor, rated for lead-free/RoHS compliant operation, with a maximum power dissipation of 250mW and a rated maximum DC voltage of 50V. The 1206 Chip Resistor provides exceptional ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection, with a maximum clamp voltage of 17V. The device has a wide operational temperature range of -55C to +150C, which makes it suitable for automotive, military, and medical applications. The device is based on thick-film technology, made with a negative temperature coefficient NTC ceramic composition which ensures temperature stability and accuracy. The ARG06FTC6802 has extremely low noise levels, making it ideal for applications involving audio signals.
