Additional Infomation About Product

The PCS74MT151 is a dual 1 of 8 parallel-in/serial-out shift registers manufactured by Viking Components. It has 8 inputs which accept either the true or complement of a serial data input and may be used for both serial-in, parallel-out and parallel-in, serial-out operation. It is an 8-bit register suitable for application in NASA space-rated projects, as it is radiation hardened to 9MeV for protons and 20MeV for electrons. This device is available in a ceramic DIP-8 package.
