The Vishay 26MT120 is a 1200 V, 375 A three phase bridge power module with D-63 mounting. It is part of the company's MT Series of devices, which offer robust current switching between multiple sources. The device features low voltage loss, low turn-on and turn-off losses, and increased junction temperature. It also has high dv/dt immunity, a wide range of operating temperatures, and a fast reverse response time. The element is rated for an ambient temperature of -40°C to +125°C, and can operate at up to a 2500 Vdc isolation voltage. The module is made of high-temperature silicone, and comes in various mounting options.
