ILQ74 is a series of MOSFETs manufactured by Vishay. It consists of N-Channel, Enhancement Mode Power MOSFETs designed for high-density surface-mount applications. These devices are capable of providing high switching performance and efficient power delivery for space-constrained designs. The products feature high-current, low-RDS(on) characteristics, short recovery times, high-speed switching and low gate charge.
