The Vishay PTCTL4MR350STE is a 350 VAC phototriac optocoupler with a 4-Pin SIP package, which is designed for use in applications that require fast circuit isolation. This device has an 870 nm LED input and a NPN Triac output and provides isolation between the input and output of up to 3.75 kV RMS. It features a low turn-on and trigger currents, as well as low output leakage current and high isolation voltage. This device is best suited for applications requiring fast response and high isolation, such as home appliance motors, lighting controls, and power switching.
