The Vishay SFH610A-2 Transistor Output Optocoupler RECOMMENDED ALT 78-VO610A-2 is an integrated, isolated interface circuit composed of a light-emitting diode coupled to a silicon-based phototransistor. This type of optocoupler is designed for printed circuit boards and has a wide operating temperature range of -40oC to +125oC. The maximum collector current is 100mA with an isolation voltage of 2.5kV from each side of the package, ideal for applications requiring higher voltage requirements. Additionally, the SFH610A-2 features a fast switching time of 0.28µs, a high off-state current of 0.01µA, and good CMR values up to 8500V/µs, making it suitable for high-speed logic and fast switching applications, such as AC/DC power supply designs and industrial controllers.
