Additional Infomation About Product

The VS-40TTS12-M3 with SCRs New Input Thyristor - TO-220-e3 is a three-phase silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) switch manufactured by Vishay. It is designed for applications with three-phase alternating current (AC) control up to 400A with MOSFET technology and maximum peak inverse voltage (PIV) of 600V. The unit integrates high power rating and high surge capability in a rugged package with screw terminal connections for installation flexibility. It has a soft-start feature, thermal protection and dv/dt protection for increased reliability and performance. The VS-40TTS12-M3 is RoHS-compliant and UL-recognized making it an ideal choice for many applications.
