The VS-60EPF04-M3 is a rectifier module featuring new input diodes with TO-247-e3 packaging manufactured by Vishay. It has a maximum load current of 60A and a low forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 30A. Its operating temperature range is between -55 °C and +175 °C. The VS-60EPF04-M3 provides high surge overload capability and efficient thermal management. The device has a single soldered copper plate which gives excellent thermal conductivity, and an insulated metal substrate which provides superior voltage isolation and robustness. The diodes are encapsulated in molded plastic making them immune to dirt, dust, and moisture.
