The VS-UFB280FA40 is a surface-mount schottky rectifier from Vishay. It has a maximum forward voltage drop of 0.55V at a forward current of 4A and a reverse leakage current of 50mV at a reverse voltage of 20V. It is designed for use in high frequency inverter, switched mode power supply, motor control, and bridge circuits. This rectifier has radial terminals with a 40V out-of-package withstand voltage and an operating junction temperature of -65°C to +175°C.
