2410B45-A is a single-mode bidirectional Communications Optical Stub from Visual Communications Company (VCC). This part is designed for use in a variety of optical communication systems, and is ideal for applications such as long-haul transmission, point-to-point links, or for multimode links with a variety of transmission speeds. It is designed to reduce signal loss, improve signal quality and minimize dispersion as well as reflections. It is also designed with a low impedance matching and a low back reflection to ensure signal integrity. The 2410B45-A features a singlemode connector on both ends, and a polished fiber endface. It has a low, 1.7dB maximum insertion loss and the connector is designed to meet the requirements of the RoHS compliance.
