The WeEn Semiconductor Standard Mark SMD SMAJ45A/SMA/REEL 13" Q1/T1 is an ESD and TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics, like in mobile phones, routers, and computers, from the effects of electrostatic discharge by momentarily clamping the voltage at a safe level to prevent damage. It is packaged in an SMA (Surface Mount Assembly) configuration and is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. It features a very low leakage current, low clamping voltage, fast response time, excellent clamping capability, and excellent surge capability. The device is made up of a combination of an N-channel and P-channel silicon junction. It is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant and is Halogen-free.
