The WeEn Semiconductor Z0107MN0 is a high-side power switch designed for automotive applications such as window lifts, sunroofs, sliding door actuators and power mirror adjusters. The device is a compact, low-side-off, high-side-on, single-channel MOSFET driver that is suitable for controlling resistive and inductive loads up to 24V. It features 6V to 70V supply voltage, reverse polarity protection up to 70V, over temperature protection and adjustable over current protection. The device also has a secondary shutdown mode for reduced system power consumption when the system is idle.
