WS2818A is a programmable LED driver developed by Worldsemi. It has three channels, each of which can be controlled separately. It comes with a built-in PWM controller, which enables it to be used in DC input applications. It provides a 0.0165A maximum current, and a 7V maximum voltage. WS2818A is an especially attractive LED driver for small, battery-powered LED lighting applications. It also has several advanced features, such as adjustable frequency, adjustable PWM duty cycle, adjustable gray level, and over-current, over-voltage and short-circuit protection.
