It is a high-efficiency, high-current, mid to high voltage step-up DC-DC converter with an output voltage range of 3V to 24V. The TX4130L features wide input voltage range of 3.1V to 24V, 3A continuous output current, and up to 5A peak output current. Additionally, it offers peak conversion efficiency of 94%, and 2kV transient surge capability. The TX4130L is an ideal choice for high-current, high-voltage applications, offering excellent power conversion performance in an energy-saving and highly efficient SOP-8 package.
