The XL74HC595 with SOP-16 Registers ROHS manufactured by XINLUDA is a high-speed CMOS 8-bit shift register/latch with 3-state outputs. This device is designed to operate in either serial-in/parallel-out or parallel-in/serial-out modes. It has an access time of 6.5 ns and is designed to operate from a single +5V power supply. This device features low power dissipation of minimum 0.6 W, low input current of 1.0 mA, and low output impedance for driving TTL loads. There are 8 outputs available with individual 3-state enable input. It is lead free and ROHS compliant. This device is suitable for use in applications requiring data transfers such as modems, peripherals, process control, and instrumentation.
