The XB5608A is a battery protection IC from XySemi that conforms to RoHS standards and is packaged in an SOT-23-5 package. The IC is designed to protect the battery from over-charging, over-discharging and short-circuits. It also provides self-resetting, low-cost, and long-term protection against overload and short circuit conditions.
