The MBR10120 is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode designed for use in applications requiring high speed switching and low forward voltage drop. It features a design that provides low reverse leakage current and low forward voltage drops, making it ideal for applications in DC-DC converters, general rectification, and polarity protection. The MBR10120 is rated to withstand up to 20 volts of reverse voltage and can handle up to 1 amp of forward current. Its fast switching speed and low capacitance makes it suitable for high speed signal rectification, and its epoxy-sealed case ensures it is protected from environmental contaminants.
