Additional Infomation About Product

Electronics MUR1620 is an ultra fast recovery Silicon Rectifier from Yangjie Electronics. It is ideal for use in medium to high power, moderate to high frequency switching applications. The device is rated for up to 600 volts and 20 amps of continuous current flow. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 600 volts and a low forward voltage drop of 1.8 volts. Its relatively low reverse leakage current of 1.0 mA and fast recovery time of 200 ns make it suitable for high speed switching applications. The device is also UL approved and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for use in a variety of industrial, commercial and residential applications.
