The SL110 SBD from Yangjie is a small signal surface mount diode, compliant with RoHS standards, in a SOD-123FL package. It has a Schottky barrier structure, allowing for operation at higher frequencies, and is equipped with positive temperature coefficient, which ensures protection against thermal runaway up to 150°C. It is suitable for a variety of applications, such as power management, and performs especially well in high-speed switching applications. In addition, it provides an optimized diode performance with low forward voltage drop and high-current capability.
