The US1M with Diodes - Rectifiers - Hyperfast SMA-W RoHS is a rectifier diode manufactured by Yangjie. It is a surface mount rectifier rated for 1 Amp continuous forward current and features an ultra-fast switching speed. The RoHS compliance indicates this component is free from hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and polybrominated flame retardants. It is designed for high-frequency switching applications and is suited for use in power management applications, power detector circuits, and reverse bias protection applications.The product dimensions are 1 mm x 0.7 mm, with a standoff height of 0.6 mm or 0.7mm.
