The JK250-100U is an integrated circuit with PTC fuse and DIP RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) manufactured by Yenji. It is a voltage-current regulator designed to provide a stabilized output current. It features an integrated PTC fuse which can be used as an overcurrent protection device to help reduce the potential of short circuits and other catastrophic failure scenarios. It also features a 0.1 inch DIP package which is RoHS compliant, ensuring it produces no hazardous materials and is safe for use.
