RSB6.8S is a diode component designed and manufactured by Yenji. This diode is made of a moulded SOD-523 package, and is compliant with the RoHS standards for hazardous substances. It has anemic double-layered symmetrical structure for maximum ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection, and a low capacitance of 1.0pF. Furthermore, the diode features an excellent suppression of RF/EMI noise and a fast switching time of 7ps. It is suitable for use in clock circuits, high-frequency rectifier circuits, and noise suppression in car electronics.
