.The KBP310 Bridge Rectifiers, manufactured by YFSemi, are high-performance rectifiers that are designed to operate under wide temperature range (from -55? to +150?). These rectifiers have an excellent peak reverse voltage of 1.05V and exceptionally low forward voltage drop of 5uA at 1kV. Furthermore, they can also conduct high currents of up to 80A and have a reverse voltage rating of 3A and 1kV. Lastly, these rectifiers are compliant with ROHS standards.
