The Mini-Circuits PHA-13LN+ RF Amplifier MMIC AMPLIFIER-SURFACE MOUNT is a high linear amplifier, designed for operation in the 900 to 3000 MHz frequency range. It operates at 10-13V DC and is equipped with two SMA connectors. The transistor core of the PHA-13LN+ amplifier is a dual in-line package that utilizes GaAs technology for excellent linearity. It features a low noise figure of 0.8 dB and a gain of 19.2 dB. The gain flatness of the amplifier is better than +/- 0.5 dB, making it suitable for applications that require a uniform signal across the entire frequency range. Additionally, the PHA-13LN+ offers high input and output matching, making it appropriate for use in broadband systems. The amplifier is suitable for use in systems such as W-CDMA,802.11a/b/g wireless LANs, WiMAX, 3G and LTE.
